Introduction

The principle of achieving fastening: When the bolt moves outward, the conical part at its tail will gradually enter the interior of the expansion tube. Due to the small Angle of the cone, the conical surface will exert a radial squeezing force on the inner peripheral surface of the expansion tube, causing the expansion tube to expand outward. After the expansion pipe expands, its peripheral surface will be in close contact with the hole wall of the installation hole.

Application:

The drop in anchor uses the axial movement of the bolt to drive the cone, causing the expansion tube to expand. Then, it achieves fastening through the friction force between the expansion tube and the installation hole wall as well as friction self-locking. It has the advantages of easy installation and good fastening effect, and is widely used in construction, decoration and other fields
