Small-sized shackles (≤5mm) are grouped into corrugated cardboard boxes (100 pcs/box) with foam dividers for separation. Larger sizes (>5mm) are packed in kraft paper bags (20-50 pcs/bag) to avoid metal-to-metal friction.

All inner packages are consolidated into seaworthy plywood crates (size: 120cm×80cm×60cm max). Crates are reinforced with steel straps (4 horizontal + 2 vertical) to withstand forklift handling and ocean transport. The bottom of each crate is lined with moisture-absorbing desiccants (100g/unit) to prevent rust in high-humidity environments.
